This is not the kind of stories you hear every day. This is a story you'll not forget for a while because things like that rarely take a place in our world.

Ronald Melly, a doctor who saved 8 lives turned out to be fake.
Ironically enough, Ronald saved more lives as a percentage than many doctors in his country. This tells you more about the weirdness in our world than anything else.

In Ronald's case, it wasn't necessary to have a legal term of being a doctor but that doesn't justify his actions in any sort of way. It's true that Dr. Fake Melly had 8 successful surgeries but let's not forget that he had one patient being dead in his hands (8/9 of his surgeries did succeed).
Meteitei Hospital (in Nandi County) is the place where this story took place. This quiet county in Kenya never received such big and viral news before.
Ronald conducted his eight surgeries at the Kapsabet County Reference Hospital. He was then transferred to work for another governmental hospital which is Meteitei sub-county hospital, according to the local media in the county.
Nandi has an average of doctors of 20 Doctors (per 100,000 people). This makes the county with 7-8 doctors only now since they have a population of 752,965.
